Additional personnel will appear heare shortly.
Paul Hebert - RiderCoach
Paul became a RiderCoach to send a message to his young son and
to earn 'motorcycle mad money' outside the established budget. 15
years later both he and his son still enjoy the ride. He says, "I
found the RC role a valuable way to stay connected to safety first
as my motorcycle mantra. I believe taking this course can save
your life. I enjoy being a part of that."
Rocky Fagundes - RiderCoach
During the week, Rocky runs his own painting company as a licensed
painting contractor. But as he says "I look forward to sharing my week-ends with
the new novice riders." Coaching at Bikesmart since March of 2008.
Rocky's main motorcycling riding style is Sport-Touring and he currently owns a Kawasaki Concours.
Brian Pound - RiderCoach
When not out on the range coaching new riders, Brian spends time at his other
job working as a bicycle and ski technician. He has been riding and working
on motorcycles for over 19 years starting out with an old 90cc Kawasaki street
bike that he rode in the dirt. While the past 15 years have been on street
bikes, he will soon be adding off road riding to his resume as it's something
he's been wanting to learn how to do.
He's been with Bikesmart as a coach for over a year and finds it quite rewarding
and satisfying to help others develop the skills to begin their journey on two wheels.
"It's a great feeling to see a person who has never ridden before gain the skill
and confidence needed to ride a motorcycle in those two days. To have them come
back, riding their own bike just to say 'Hello', that's the icing on the cake."
Raul Valdez - RiderCoach
Raul is an active duty Chief Hospital Corpsman. He became a RiderCoach
at Naval Air Station Lemoore to help Sailors and Marines become safe
riders. He is very passionate about riding motorcycles especially Sportbike
riding on Racetracks. He has been with Bikesmart since 2009.
